Do I have to get up early?

Since I was a child, we grew up to be educated that the person who wakes up early is the right person. The proverb "The early bird catches the worm" or the phrase "When you get up early, it becomes healthy, becomes rich, becomes smarter" shows the moral code deeply embedded in our culture. It is socially popular that an early riser and early riser are honest and diligent, and those who are late and fall late are decadent and lazy people.

But there are scholars who question this myth. The study of human biological clocks is called 'time biology (chronobiology)'. Scholars studying biology at this time say that people have their own unique sleep pattern and that the most efficient working hours of the day are different. Some people are most focused in the morning, but some people are not willing to work in the evening.

Time biologists illustrate the extreme types of the two classes as an example.

A type  I wake up early in the morning on weekdays as well as on weekends.

Type B During the week, we experience a 'social occasional disorder' and build up fatigue.

'Social jet lag' is a concept that the German time-biologist Tilonenberg explains through his book 'Inside Clock' that he is irregularly sleeping in his social life, It means mistaken time lapse maladjustment phenomenon.
